Who is Jules + Stellan?
It is not as much a question of who is, but what is, that will help you understand the experience you will have at our MediSpa.
The name Jules + Stellan explains the experience you will have when you visit us. Jules, in Latin, signifies the word youthful. Youthful is the state we will take your skin to, a youthful state where it is healthy, fresh and has a beautiful glow. Stellan, a Scandinavian name, takes on the meaning calm. Calm is the state of mind we want your mind to be in during the entire visit at Jules + Stellan.
Being inspired by the Danish, some of the happiest people on earth, we created our space at Jules + Stellan to be “hygge approved”. What is hygge you ask? It is another Scandinavian word for a mood of coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment. That does sound blissful doesn’t it! How could we not ensure our space reflected the values of hygge to provide you that cozy comfortable atmosphere.
We hope you enjoy visiting Jules + Stellan as much as we have enjoyed creating this calming peaceful Medispa. We promise that our laser services will provide you the results you want in a manner that you typically don’t find in our North American culture.
Who is Rachelle Stimson Grisak, Owner Jules + Stellan
Rachelle Stimson Grisak was born and raised in a small town in Southern Saskatchewan. She grew up helping on her family ranch where she fell in love with the nature and animals and the overwhelming peaceful feeling you have when you are in the presence of such a natural setting.
Rachelle went to the University of Saskatchewan where she received a Bachelor of Commerce. She became a Financial Planner for 5 years and then went on to work as a Realtor for 7 years. She was then blessed with two beautiful girls and stayed at home with her two beauties over the past 7 years.
Rachelle became interested in the field of laser technology when she started to approach her forties. She wanted to find a way to age as naturally as possible but still feel connected to the youthful glow she had always had. In 2017 she became a certified laser technician and facial therapist and started to dream about opening a space that connected her, and her clients, to all the things that have brought her joy over the years.
Laser Skin Therapy can help so many people with various concerns they may have and Rachelle looks forward to helping her clients achieve the youthful glow they want in the calming space she has created at Jules + Stellan.
Who is Dr. Heloise Shrives?
Dr. Heloise Shrives graduated from the University of the Free State, South Africa in 2004. After completing her studies, she practiced in Port Elizabeth, where her main focus was Emergency Medicine. She moved to Canada in October 2010,and has since been practicing in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Dr H has since expanded her scope of practice to include Cosmetic treatments over the past years and has attended several courses and training sessions with leading cosmetic physicians in North America.
Dr. H has an intricate eye for detail and a passion for medicine in beauty. Pair that with her zest for natural looking transformations with natural looking results. Her love for life, beauty and medicine has shaped her into the warm and caring cosmetic physician that she is today.
